Your coach will help you set priorities and achieve your confidence goals, without judgment or pressure. All discussions are kept strictly confidential.

To accept, you must read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions by signing below:

• You represent and warrant that you will actively engage in a minimum of one (1) group coaching session.

• You agree to a one-time fee of $750 and that you may cancel within 24-hours of purchase for a full refund less a $249 transaction fee.

• You agree to use the proprietary UC coaching plan to discover your top five confidence priorities then meet with your coach for help getting them accomplished.  

• You agree that you will complete the weekly surveys

• You will complete the UC coaching document after the coaching is completed as well as post experience surveys to help UC improve the coaching service for others. 

• You acknowledge that UC makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding your confidence success or position; and further, you expressly agree that any and all disputes arising from or relating to this shall be handled exclusively in the state courts of Nevada, Clark County, and that the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to their reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. 

UC disclaimed all liability with respect to coaching services provided under this Coaching Agreement.
