The subscription grants the Customer (being the legal entity that has purchased the service) the right to Unapologetically Confident ™  services. The subscription may not be used by other people or organizations.

The terms for the services are accepted by the customer after purchase. 

The monthly service commitment runs from the date the Customer purchases the service to a minimum of six months after, for example if the customer purchases a package in February, the last payment would be in August. The minimum subscription period is six months.

The agreement cannot be terminated for a service already initiated and the Customer will not be entitled to a refund for that period.

If the Customer is unable to use the services at the time agreed upon, they will have 3 months to use the service or it will automatically be forfeited. 

Customer agrees to pay all fees in the currency and payment period specified in the order. Payments are non-refundable and non-creditable and payment obligations non-cancellable. Late payments may be subject to a service charge equal to the lesser of 1.5% per month of the amount due or the maximum amount allowed by law.
