Despite the fact that women make up more than 51% of the population, we are not accurately represented in leadership and decision-making roles. 82% of women second-guess themselves as many as ten times a day, and the average woman says, "I'm sorry" a dozen times daily.
Although we're strategic, intelligent and compassionate thinkers, women struggle with confidence. At Unapologetically Confident ™, we see the correlation between the lack of confidence women have in their abilities and their success of their business ventures.

WHAT IS PRIDE COACHING?
Prides are run by bad-ass lionesses who own and protect a territory of land together. They’re typically made up of two males, four to five females, and their kids. Lionesses are known for being loyal to their family, which is not always biological and rarely exceeds 20 members.
Lions rule the jungle with their infamous roar and killer instinct. And while they are majestic and intimidating, even the king of the jungle fears a lioness, as she is the most naturally talented, intelligent and instinctive hunter of all. She moves confidently and without hesitation in all situations.
There's a common misconception that confident women lack emotion or empathy. That they are harsh or insensitive. None of that is true. Confidence begins with authenticity. Our small group coaching is built on a pride mentality: keep it small, protect the territory (the coaching space), support the members and extract lioness confidence.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GROUP COACHING?
The women in pride coaching have the same challenge: confidence. While we all have various challenges in life, we focus only on confidence. Our groups never exceed six people or 20 people for workshops. We encourage communication with each other outside of coaching and recommend an accountability partner.
